Atlantic Foundations is owned by, Jeff Tourault, who began foundation work as a summer job during high school. In 1985, Jeff started Atlantic Foundations and has been installing foundations and building relationships ever since.
Jeff has grown his company to be one of the most respected foundation companies in the state of Virginia. Currently, the company has a team of more than 95 employees who follow Jeff’s vision of focusing on quality first and always meeting the customer’s needs.
Atlantic Foundations has provided foundation installation on many large commercial projects including: IMS Gear (120,000 square feet), LifeNet (20,000 square feet), Camp LeJeune Fire Station (20,000 square feet), NOB Truck Operation Complex, and P851 Naval Facility at Little Creek.
In 1999, Atlantic Foundations began offering demolition services on industrial, commercial and residential projects.
In 2011, Atlantic Foundations was selected as the foundation installation vendor for rebuilding a Virginia Beach home for the ABC television series, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.
In 2012, Atlantic Foundations teamed up with CHANCE Civil Construction to be the Hampton Roads installation dealer for the CHANCE Helical Pile Foundation System. This innovative foundation stability system remedies foundation issues found in homes.
